A. 7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

B. How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@rustivo.com to initiate your return. Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and detailed instructions.
⚠️ Do not return items without authorization – they will not be accepted.

C. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with photos or videos as proof. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.

D. Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for items that are defective, incorrect, or in the wrong size. Email support@rustivo.com for assistance.

E. Return Shipping

Return shipping fees may apply depending on the reason for the return. We’ll inform you of any costs once your request is reviewed.

F. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

G. Unused Discount Codes

We cannot refund unused or forgotten discount codes. Please apply all offers during checkout.
